    Virtual via Zoom

    Tuesday 5 - 6 pm EST

  • All participants receive

    Four, 1 hour group sessions led by Blake Watterworth

    24 hour response time regarding all mindfulness questions

    Weekly handouts

    Access to personalized mindfulness sessions upon completion of the workshop

    $160 for four sessions
